IDM or Internet Download Manager is one of the most popular download manager used to download videos, applications and more.
Here is a simple tweak to maximize Internet Download Manager for maximizing the download speed.
Follow the instructions below:

Maximize the connection number
- open IDM
- go to downloads
- go to option
- go to connections tab -Connection Type/Speed: Other
- choose default number of connection max as 16
For bps value
- step 1 : open run, type regedit
- step 2 : go to HKEY_CURRENT _USER/Software/DownloadManager
- step 3 : double click ConnectionSpeed
- step 4 : click decimal, it will show up a value of 99999999 or 0.
- step 5 : Copy this value "9999999999"
- step 6 : click ok, then click yes.
Note: the value of bps must be 4294967295
The photo below should be the final result when going to the options and connection tab of your IDM.
